SHIPPING: Once your order is confirmed, it is then prepared and processed to ship within 24-48hrs and no latter than 72hrs depending on our incoming & weekend orders. UPS orders are subject to 48hrs due to their earlier pickup times. Occasionally orders may take up to 72hrs to ship when incoming orders exceed certain thresholds that overwhelms our packers due to weekend orders.

TRACKING: All order tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment. If you haven't received a shipping notification email, then your order is still processing. Please check your email spam folder if you have not seen any tracking notifications within 72hrs. 

RETURNS: Returns are accepted from the time your items arrived at your doorstep via tracking in Un-Used / unpackaged “New Condition”. Shipping charges are unfortunately not refunded unless otherwise authorized. We may allow returns past 14 days up to no latter than 30 days with a 20% Restocking fee and is based upon approval first. No returns are permitted past the 30 day period.

Wheels, Tires, Plows, Winches, Cab Heaters, Windshields, Enclosures are subject to a 25% Restock Fee that is required by Motoliance and other supplied distributors for myutvsource.com 
 However If you are having problems, such as installation, We offer 100% support with every purchase! This means even if we have to setup an appointment to video call you, we will work with you & solve your installation issues! Thats how dedicated we are to serving you! 

WARRANTY: Most manufacturers items we stock offers 1-2 Year Warranty. Regardless, here at myutvsource.com will NEVER leave one of our customers hanging in limbo on a warranty claim. We will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Keep in mind that most warranties are limited and DOES NOT include wear and tear / or damage done by neglect or misuse of such product. Water damage to electrical parts are not covered under warranty unless such product is said to be waterproof. Keep in mind waterproof and simply neglect submerging such electrical components may not be covered.
 Most manufacturers clearly have their warranty conditions in their descriptions or available information on the manufacturer website, most are copied over to our descriptions when available. Your sales invoice number, or PayPal Transaction ID will be required for all / or if any warranty claims through any manufacturer brand we carry. All warranty claims must be filled out directly to the brand manufacturer as the dealer being TurnPro Signals LLC for we are owned and operated by TurnPro Signals LLC. 

DISCLAIMER / TERMS: MYUTVSOURCE.COM is not liable for any damages to your machine no matter who has performed the installation of your product. This liability includes damaged plastics from drilling, bolt threading damages, wiring installation, damaged components from installations. MYUTVSOURCE.COM always recommends having an insured licensed technician professional install your new product. We recommend always reading your included installation instructions for your installs. Any such questions regarding installations should be available with such manufacturer. 

  MYUTVSOURCE.COM uses shop photos, stock photos, or even customers photos for certain advertising. This includes open source non-licensed music. Website photographs or videos are not permitted to be used by any other persons or company without permission. If you feel you own the rights to any photographs, music, videos, etc. you should immediately contact us via email messaging below to dispute.
