SHIPPING: Once your order is confirmed, it is then prepared and processed to ship within 24-48hrs and no latter than 72hrs depending on our incoming & weekend orders. UPS orders are subject to 48hrs due to their earlier pickup times. RETURNS: Returns are accepted from the time your items arrived at your doorstep via tracking in Un-Used / unpackaged “New Condition”. Shipping charges are unfortunately not refunded unless otherwise authorized. We may allow returns past 14 days up to no latter than 30 days with a 20% Restocking fee and is based upon approval first. No returns are permitted past the 30 day period. Tires, Wheels, Plows, Winches, Cab Heaters, Windshields & enclosures are subject to a 25% Restock Fee that is required by Motoalliance and other supplied distributors.
